Boundary Surveys

Boundary Surveys are performed to locate property lines, set property corners, determine property area, or to locate physical features in relation to property lines such as buildings, fences, retaining walls etc.. Boundary Surveys require researching recorded and sometimes unrecorded maps and and title documents such as title reports, deeds, agreements etc..
In certain situations surveyors are required to file a Record of Survey with the County that the survey is performed in.
